📋 Chiến lược: Map trong Task 1
Map (bản đồ) thường cho thấy sự thay đổi của một khu vực qua 2 thời điểm (trước và sau). Đây là dạng ít gặp nhất nhưng nhiều thí sinh không biết cách viết.
2 loại Map thường gặp

- So sánh 2 bản đồ — Cái gì thay đổi? Cái gì giữ nguyên?
- Xác định loại thay đổi — Xây mới, phá bỏ, mở rộng, thu hẹp
- Chú ý vị trí — Bắc, Nam, Đông, Tây, trung tâm, ngoại ô

The two maps compare the layout of a small town named Riverside in 1995 and 2020, highlighting the changes that took place over this 25-year period.
Overall, Riverside underwent significant development, transforming from a largely rural town into a more urbanised area. The most notable changes occurred in the northern part of the town, where agricultural land was replaced by residential and commercial facilities.
In 1995, the northern side of the river was predominantly occupied by a large farm and a small area of woodland. South of the river, there were scattered houses, a school, and a church, all connected to the north by a single bridge.
By 2020, the farm in the north had been replaced by a new housing estate, while the woodland gave way to a shopping centre with an adjacent car park. A second bridge was constructed over the river, improving connectivity between the two sides. In the south, the school was extended to approximately double its original size, and a new hospital was built. The church, however, remained unchanged throughout the period.

💡 Tips cho Map
- Dùng Past Simple Passive — Thay đổi đã xảy ra → “was built”, “was replaced”
- Mô tả theo vị trí — Chia body theo vùng (bắc/nam) hoặc theo thay đổi/không đổi
- Đừng quên mô tả cái KHÔNG thay đổi — “The church remained unchanged”
- Dùng từ chỉ vị trí chính xác — north, south, adjacent to, opposite
- KHÔNG dùng từ xu hướng — Không “increased/decreased” cho Map!
