Giới thiệu

Trong môi trường IT, meeting là không thể tránh khỏi — standup, sprint planning, retrospective, technical review, client demo… Nhưng điều hành meeting bằng tiếng Anh lại là một kỹ năng mà nhiều developer Việt Nam thấy khó khăn.

1. Cấu trúc Meeting chuẩn

Mọi meeting hiệu quả đều theo flow 4 giai đoạn:
