Đây là framework phổ biến nhất mà các career coach khuyên dùng. Đơn giản, logic, và dễ nhớ:

- Nhấn mạnh tech stack chính và trách nhiệm hiện tại
🔵 Past (Quá khứ) — 40%
Highlight kinh nghiệm, thành tựu nổi bật

- Chọn 1-2 điểm nổi bật nhất, đừng kể hết lý lịch
🟡 Future (Tương lai) — 30%

💡 Tip: Giữ tổng thời gian 60-90 giây. Interviewer muốn overview, không phải autobiography!
Script Mẫu #1: Junior Developer (1-2 năm)
“Hi, I’m Minh. I’m currently a frontend developer at a Vietnamese IT outsourcing company, where I mainly work with React and TypeScript.
I graduated from Hanoi University of Technology about two years ago with a degree in Computer Science. Since then, I’ve been building web applications for Japanese clients. One project I’m proud of is an HR management system where I implemented the dashboard module — it handles real-time data for over 500 employees.
I’m really interested in this position because I want to work on products rather than outsourcing projects, and I’m excited about your company’s focus on scalable SaaS solutions. I believe my experience with React and my understanding of Japanese business culture would be a good fit.”
📌 Phân tích:
- Present: Nêu rõ role, company type, tech stack
- Past: 1 project cụ thể với con số (500 employees)
- Future: Lý do muốn chuyển + kết nối với công ty
Script Mẫu #2: Mid-level Developer (3-5 năm)
“I’m Lan, a full-stack developer with about four years of experience, currently working at FPT Software.
In my current role, I lead a team of three developers building microservices with Spring Boot and React. We recently migrated a monolithic application to a microservices architecture, which reduced deployment time by 60% and improved system reliability significantly.

Script Mẫu #3: Senior Developer / Tech Lead (5+ năm)
“I’m Tung, a senior software engineer with over seven years of experience in backend development and system architecture.

- Authority rõ ràng (oversee architecture, 2M transactions/day)
- Leadership cụ thể (team of 8, mentoring)

Những Sai Lầm Cần Tránh
❌ 1. Bắt đầu bằng thông tin cá nhân không liên quan
“I was born in Hanoi in 1995, I have two brothers…”
👉 Interviewer không cần biết bạn có mấy anh chị em. Chỉ nói professional background.
❌ 2. Đọc lại CV
“In 2018 I worked at Company A, then 2019 Company B, then 2020…”
👉 Họ đã đọc CV rồi. Hãy highlight, đừng liệt kê.
❌ 3. Nói quá dài (>2 phút)
👉 Giữ 60-90 giây. Nếu interviewer muốn biết thêm, họ sẽ hỏi.
❌ 4. Quá khiêm tốn
“I’m not very experienced, but…”
👉 Tự tin nói về điểm mạnh. Đừng tự hạ thấp mình!
❌ 5. Không kết nối với vị trí ứng tuyển
👉 Luôn kết thúc bằng lý do bạn muốn role này. Thể hiện bạn đã research về công ty.

Tips Nâng Cao
🎯 1. Customize cho từng công ty
Đừng dùng một script cho tất cả. Thay đổi phần Future dựa trên:
- Job description (JD)
- Sản phẩm/dịch vụ của công ty
- Tech stack họ dùng
- Văn hóa công ty
🎯 2. Dùng con số cụ thể
Thay vì: “I improved the system performance” Hãy nói: “I improved the API response time by 40%, from 800ms to 480ms”
🎯 3. Luyện tập trước gương
- Quay video bản thân nói
- Đếm thời gian (mục tiêu 60-90 giây)
- Chú ý ngôn ngữ cơ thể — eye contact, tay đừng khoanh trước ngực
🎯 4. Chuẩn bị phiên bản dài và ngắn
- 30 giây — elevator pitch cho networking
- 60 giây — phỏng vấn thông thường
- 90 giây — khi interviewer nói “take your time”
🎯 5. Tránh jargon quá nhiều
Interviewer có thể là HR, không phải technical person. Giải thích đơn giản:
- Thay vì: “I implemented a CQRS pattern with event sourcing”
- Nói: “I designed a system architecture that separates read and write operations for better performance”
